We are so sure you will be 100% satisfied with the performance of your JSB OUTDOOR GAMES.COM set, that we offer a full money-back-guarantee. We also offer a limited life time warranty of full replacement or repair on all our materials and craftsmanship, based upon reasonable use and wear and tear.
This warranty will be void if the gaming equipment is unprotected from the elements or intentionally abused or used in a fashion other then its intended purpose.
This warranty does not apply to the normal wear and tear experienced with the corn hole bags, it is natural for the corn filling to break down over time during normal play. Depending on the amount of play a bag set should reasonably last one full year, in the event that a bag set filling needs replaced this can be done at a small nominal fee.
All of our gaming platforms and corn hole bags meet or exceed the specifications outlined by the American Corn Hole Association for corn hole gaming equipment.

They are not massed produced; they are made individually for an individual customer using that individual customer's specifications as to artwork, color, trademarked or copyrighted logos, text, etc. JSB OUTDOOR GAMES.COM is in the business of selling Corn Hole Games and Accessories, not in the business of selling copyrighted or trademarked material for profit, as such the “Customized” artwork is free of charge. We do not charge for any artwork or application of artwork that may reference or resemble copyrighted or trademarked material. Such material is specified by an individual customer, and JSB OUTDOOR GAMES.COM uses the information to make an individual customized product for that individual customer. The complete sets are sold with or without customized artwork for the same price; furthermore, it is not the intention of JSB OUTDOOR GAMES.COM to use any copyrighted or trademarked material to entice customers to purchase such items. They are simply provided as "examples" of our ability to customize products to an individual customer’s specification.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will JSB OUTDOOR GAMES.COM be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including, but not limited to damage from loss of profits, business interruption, loss of wages or information and physical harm) arising out of the use or inability to use our products and website.
